Susan was very nice. She reviewed my scan with me and recommended to repeat in 2 years
The provider explained my neck condition and recommended preventive medication, along with physical training such as Pilates. They advised light workouts and stretching exercises to help alleviate pain in my neck and shoulder.
She took her time to answer all of my questions. I had many. She gave me useful information about my brace that no one had ever given me. I left the exam room, filling a lot more confident and a lot more informed than ever before.
