I have very bad experience, I booked my appointment 6 months ago with m y family and they called 2 weeks ago that there is problem and cancelling my wife and son appointment and will call again next week for new appointment. Today, I received the call that they are not taking new patients. If you do not want to take new patient you can say 6 month ago when I booked the appointment, just saying now that you are not seeing new patient. Very unprofessional, If I have 0 star, I will give that rather than giving that 1 star.
Dr. Renusch has been my dentist for over 15 years. She and her entire staff are awesome, great chair-side manners. I used to be deathly afraid of the dentist and neglected my dental care for over 10 years, until she was recommended by a friend. Have sent many friends to her, they all love her. I actually look forward to my bi-annual checkups. She does NOT make you feel bad for neglecting your dental care due to fear, but she listens and works with you and makes sure you're always comfortable and know what's going on.
