My son recently saw Dr. Ratliff for nutrition, and I just want to say I am amazed in the change I have seen in my child ever since! Dr. Ratliff spoke directly to him when telling him her expectations for him and explained to him why. He has not forgotten what she told him and applies it daily. Grateful for the kindness and efficiency she demonstrated!
I took my son to Dr. Susan Ratliff for two years, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. During one visit, my son had been suffering from constipation for nearly three weeks. Despite our concerns, Dr. Ratliff dismissed it, saying it was normal and that his body was benefiting from milk. This ended with our son having blood in his stool due to the prolonged issue. Been going here since out of the womb and now am 18 and Dr. Ratliff has always been my doctor. She always makes time for me, listens to my concerns about my body and still respects my privacy, even though my mother is her best friend and coworker. She is always professional and respects my choices.
