The two times I encountered her while in labor and delivery were not ideal! Terrible bedside manner and was so rough with cervical check! She doesn't really take in consideration how her patients feel or care for that matter.
I am writing this review based on my direct experience as a husband and father. What my wife endured under the care of Dr. Susan Mueller at Western Baptist Hospital was not just poor bedside manner — it was traumatic, degrading, and has left lasting psychological damage. My wife was transported from Jackson Purchase Hospital due to critically high blood pressure, levels so severe that she was at risk of stroke. Terrible, traumatizing pregnancy experience. She’s not an honest doctor, not someone who will make you feel comfortable during an extremely sensitive time in life. Sure she’s a great surgeon i will give her that (after my forced c-section,) but not worth the terrible experience/bedside manner she provides. I hope she’s retired!
I am making this review because I really miss her. She is the best OB I ever had. Its been YEARS since I’ve seen her. But every time I need to see a doctor I think about her. She was there for me every step of the way of EVERYTHING. Even at home. I miss you Dr. Mueller!!! 🖤🖤🖤
TERRIBLE bed side manner. It's not just about being kind and gentle, she doesn't even act like she care about the health or well being of her patients at all. She should 100% lose her license.
