Would not reccomend.
Dr. Wang is a compassionate professional who basically saved my life when other endocrinologists put their hands up in despair of being able to help me. She got me on the way to feeling better because she thinks "out of the box". She treats each individual patient as just that... individual. She spends time with me and my husband who drives me because we travel an hour just to see her.
Excellent knowledgeable & listens
Dr. Wang is good at her job but has some unsavory opinions of Hispanics she feels free sharing with her patients. While not Hispanic myself, it was immediately unpleasant and uncomfortable as she continued to expound on her racist rant, especially considering her position of authority over one's health and wellness.
Listens to concerns. Works with you to find solutions.
Very likely in recommending Dr. Wang to friends and family -- She is excellent!
Breath of fresh air. Stop wasting your time with other Endo's that are not willing to listen to how you feel with thyroid disease, or work with you on how to feel normal again.
Dr. Wang herself is personable and helpful when you happen to get face time with her. Unfortunately, the staff supporting her is less than competent. Several calls and messages I left have gone unreturned. Labs and notes were lost. Incorrect information was given to me. My chart wasn't updated. I received a voicemail telling me I needed to do something that I had done and had been following up on for 2 weeks. Very frustrating.
I have been going to Dr.Wang for years now and she is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. I have family members who also see her and we all love her!
