Horrible, she wasn't listening to anything my daughter was saying. She doesn't return calls and the pharmacy keeps saying they have contacted her to fill her meds. Dr. Wang told me CVS is lying. Please find someone else that cares about your health!!!!
Excellent. My elderly Mom had uncontrollable diabetes and Dr. Wang came up with a plan tailored to meet her needs. She was spot on and I owe my Mom's 100 years of long life to her. She took an inordinate amount of time to work with me, my Mom's daughter, from out of state, so that my Mom's diabetes would be under control and I would not have emergency calls of low blood sugar. I have the utmost respect for her.
Finding new doctors when moving into a new area can be difficult. Well, I've been very lucky. I found a good GP and a very good Endo. DR. Wang was a great find. My first visit she took the time ,more then i expected to ask all the right questions until she was satisfied she understood my numerous issues. Dr. Wang is very empathic as well as knowledgeable about treatments for diabetes. she took time with me, and She is very pleasant. I was also happily surprised that Dr. Wang saw me promptly at my appointed time. I was actually going to ask her to go for ice cream with me so I remembered where I was.
Regardless of Dr. Wong’s denials to my review of August 2020, I stand behind my statements because they are facts.

Terrible. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wang’s for well over ten years. When she relocated from Hamden to Milford I went with her. My visit with her last week was a nightmare. She berated, ridiculed, and made unwarranted comments about me. She was totally unprofessional and I felt that I could no longer trust her judgment. Everyone has a bad day but when you are a physician, you must be able to separate your personal issues from your professional duties. Dr. Susan Wang is wonderful! She is extremely intelligent, educated, and up to par with new medical innovations. She is pleasant and does not rush the appointment. She makes me feel like a person, not a patient. She listens and answers all my questions in a way that I understand. She is also amazing at explaining diagnoses and how the medication she is prescribing works within the body. I would recommend her to anyone!!! She is amazing!
