You can tell that Dr. Roberts really cares about her patients. My son broke his tooth and I had to call the emergency number that night. She answered and remembered who we were and we brought him in first thing the next morning. She spent all morning finding us the specialists we needed to get his tooth fixed! All of the staff are always helpful and nice.
Dr Roberts and her staff do a great job. Office is run well. Appointments run on time or very close to it. Dr Roberts is great with the kids. They trust her. I feel good about bringing my daughter here.
Over the weekend, my daughter chipped her tooth.. I called Dr. Roberts first thing Monday morning.. They informed me that she was out of the office all week for vacation.... She then asked me to hold for a second, and when she came back on the line, she asked me if I could meet Dr. Roberts at her Basswood location... I did and Dr. Roberts came in just to see my daughter... Best pediatric dentist ever!!!
Dr. Roberts is extremely sensitive and patient with our 2 year old quadruplets. She's making sure their first dental experiences are positive.
My kids love Dr. Roberts and staff. My 8 year old always asks when her next appt is every time we pass the office
I highly recommend Dr. Susan Roberts for your children, they're not just in good hands with the Dentists the ladies up front are excellent with patients and parents as well
