I spent 1.5 hrs in the office to start my appoint and I'm informed I need to come in every 3 months if they write me any scripts. F uck that - There is religious stuff all over the walls.
You will have to do lab work every 2-3 months to receive refills. They do not provide refills beyond 3 months. More office visits for refills even if maintenance.
Dr. Susan George has been my doctor for many years, I have been very happy with the clinic and the service I have received. . She is very detailed at each visit to explain any test or any symptoms and put me at ease each time. The staff is very compassionate and caring.
When I made my appointment, the receptionist said the visit would be about an hour but if I came in early I would be out before an hour. I was there 30 minutes early. The office was short staffed and they put me with a medical student which happened to be her first day and she did not know how to log information or how to do her job. Family Doctor.
It is always a great pleasure to meet with Dr. Susan George. I feel very comfortable around her. Dr. Susan is a very patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable physician. She is always willing to take the time to answer all my questions. She is not one to quickly dismiss you off with prescriptions. Not once have I felt that my appointments were rushed. I have always left the clinic with hope and great faith towards health and life. I would highly recommend Dr. Susan to my family and friends.
Doctor Susan is very compassionate and understanding. And not only does she spend time on taking care of her patient's physical ailments but takes into consideration the patient's wellbeing as a whole. Though there maybe a wait time, I appreciate her because she spends time with me to hear and really listen to all my concerns as opposed to many providers who are stuck looking into a chart and are in a rush to get out of the room.
Dr. George is very thorough, knowledgable, and takes the time to answer all my questions in detail. I was extremely impressed with my experience at this office and I'm so thankful to have found such a caring physician. Would highly recommend her!
This staff has no consideration for your time in or out of the office. They don't listen and give you misinformation but try to blame you for their their mistakes. You must refill your prescriptions every 3 months and when you do it by their rules they still deny it because they believe the pharmacy is making a mistake so you still have to call and assure them that you still need it. This is the worst office i have ever been to.
