Not only is my wait time 20 minutes over my appointment time FOR 85% OF MY VISITS (and they ask for you to get there 15 minutes before your appointment) , but Dr. Kim is just such poor-phobic woman who thinks she is the best human on this planet. I can tell she treats staff differently depending on favoritism and the turn over is crazy. I've been with Dr. Kim for over 20 yrs! She has helped me with acne, skin cancer, and now injections for maintaining youthful skin. She was calming and sure when I went through my removal of cancer on my scalp. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my skin care needs!
She is thorough, explains completely & provides the very best care for her patients !
What stood out was the consistent lack of making a patient feel at ease or valued. Or to be heard and respected. The first appointment she was 45 minutes late, which is understandable. Coming from a medical background things happen. She comes in all business, no time to be personable, just make up the time and getting threw the day. Dr Kim is very thorough. She found Melanoma in its earliest stages in very hard to see places. She approaches my appointments with an urgency and compassion that has led to appointments feeling more like a visit with a friend. I trust her whole heartedly not just for me but also my kids.
