EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! This place is a joke. Ordered My kid glasses in October halfway through January now still not here!!! anytime i call to check the status of them she just says she'll call me back and never does.
I took my kids for exams. My son wears glasses and they only had two choices for boys glasses, all the other glasses were for girls, and of boys choices, only the flimsy wire frames fit him. They broke in months. She also submitted incorrect dates to the insurance company, and sent two claims for one child, although she only saw her once. Then she also sent to the insurance company that the wrong child wore classes. Unprofessional, and a little clueless...but she is nice for what it's worth.
DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!! My daughter was seen on Jan 30th and an order for glasses was placed Feb 1st. It is now Feb22nd and still no glasses. My insurance company stated the office received the glasses on the 10th but office is telling me different. When arguing with the office on phone, they hung up on me. Terrible place!!
Do not go here ! Dr. Bobko was terrible, I was given wrong diagnose and had to get a second opinion.
