Doctor was always courteous and answered all of our questions. She walked us through the process and made us feel at ease. There was little to no wait time at the office which was nice because we had to go there often in the weeks before the IVF. The office staff was professional as well. I was recommended to the doctor by a friend who has used her twice with great success on the first try and has two children now.
I had a feeling they care only about money.They did few unnecessary tests, one very painful.When I came first time doctor was late. I asked the stuff when is she coming, they said they did not know.I left. I sent them check for unnecessary, painful procedure and since I had appointment before they have received check they asked me to pay again or I would not see the doctor. From the staff who did not advise me that I could combine injections (could have saved me a lot of pain) to the very low success rate (lost ALL embryos in one thaw), I wouldn't recommend this fertility practice to anyone. Very painful wasted year.
Nice doctors here but their success rates for IVF have not been good. See www.sart.org.
Terrible doctor. There was no involvement with her and they performed several tests without reasonable explanation. I would not recommend anyone to go to her.
I felt there was too little involvement by the doctor in my treatment in that I couldn't get through the nurses to speak to the doctor about my concerns in a timely fashion. Would not recommend.
