take it from me and these other 1 star reviews to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! they will schedule appointments w/o your consent (to try and get the late/cancellation fee from you) and even worse - they stop filling your ESSENTIAL medication with no communication! no email, no text, just finding out when you get to the pharmacy!! seriously, youre better off closing your eyes and going up there yourself. anything else is better than this dr and her nasty office staff!

Smells really bad inside. Not sanitary. NO privacy. I saw that use the front desk for check in and bodily samples. (Doesn’t that break HIPPA rules and health regulations?) also that’s nasty to not take proper precautions with bodily fluids and samples! The restroom is nasty and has a sketchy hallway that creeped me out. The front desk lady was extremely rude for no reason. My experience with Dr. Machupalli was horrible. I went to see her for about a year and while she did diagnose me and start me on some medications, she proceeded to never follow through with the dose increase when they weren't working, kept forgetting my prescriptions, ignored other issues I brought up, and kept forcing diet pills onto me and would get upset when I refused them.
