“Honestly, Dr. Surekha, the OB-GYN, is an outstanding and respectful doctor who helps people a lot. Her assistant Dennis is also one of the best people I’ve ever met. They both helped my wife, and they are truly very professional.”
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Unfortunately, she is the only OBGYN currently accepting new patients from my insurance provider's list. However, I found her to be rude and uncaring towards her patients. I initially came in for vaginal pain and had several telehealth visits and in-office appointments. During these visits, doctors prescribed me medication for a yeast infection, bacterial vaginitis, and a UTI, and they recommended I see an OB. It seem like they want to space out and make as many visits as possible. I went for hormonal issues and wanting to get on birth control. I was told to do the paperwork for insurance to approve the birth control, then in a couple weeks to come back and get the lab paperwork. I feel I should've been able to fill out paperwork for the birth control and get my lab work on the same visit, so in my next visit we have result to talk about. Instead I'm going back to get just to get the lab work.
