Changed insurance, great smiles came up. They said they had opening in 2 days. Made the appointment and showed up 5 minutes early with completed paperwork. Starting from the scheduled time, took 48 minutes to get into a chair. Waited 10 minutes for them to say I need xrays which I already provided. Insurance only paid for one at a year. She went to check and said they would be covered. Recorded this on phone. Waited for the doctor to tell other patient they needed to see periodontist.
