My son is fell on his elbow and had swelling and fluid around the elbow. He did not have a fracture. But he had limited range of motion and it was very painful to touch. He could not play basketball which he loves. Dr. Kim recommended HBOT treatments. He did 3- 1 hour HBOT treatments with deep tissue laser treatments and he has no swelling and his range of motion is a lot better. He is able to play basketball now which he is very happy about. I am so pleased with the results.
Dr. Kim is an amazing Doctor. My stem cell replacement procedure in both of my knees has been very successful. Dr. Kim is very professional and knowledgeable.
I have had a great experience at Dr. Kim's clinic. I have had the procedure done on my lower back called 'trigger point needling'. It has helped relieve the pain in my back. Dr. Kim and his staff are very knowledgeable and know their expertise. They find great joy in helping others. Dr. Kim is a very honest man and will tell you if he cannot help you. Very professional and takes time to answer questions. All staff very patient friendly and accommodating. Mike, Physical Therapist is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain procedures. Explains the effects of therapy on nerves and muscles. Megan explains procedures well before they are done.
I had knee surgery on my right knee and the same day, while in the recovery room I had a stroke which aaffected my right leg. I was in a wheel chair and learning to walk with a walker, but after a few months my left, knee which needed to be replaced, was so painful I could not continue with physical therapy. I used to be hospitalized for chronic migraines spanning over a decade. Since coming to Dr. Kim for Botox injections a year ago, not only have I not been hospitalized, I have been migraine free. These treatments have literally been life changing. The staff is extremely helpful and I am so thankful to have this solution right here in Cedar Rapids. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Kim because of his vast knowledge and professionalism.
Dr. Kim and staff have been very helpful with my medical care. I have been suffering with neckpain and headaches for years. I was given my first been MYOBLOC injection in Nov. It has been very helpful in reducing my pain. Cannot imagine my life without it.
Doctor Kim was wonderful and explained everything regarding my amino fix procedure to the level I was able to understand fully. I was diagnosed with partial rotor cuff tear and after cortisone shot and no relief, I chose this procedure and it was the best thing I ever did. After 30 minute procedure and no pain medicine I was feeling better 2 weeks later. I started physical therapy and within 6 weeks I feel 90 percent better and have full motion back.
