The team at Palmer eyecare were very professional. Every one of them was courteous and very helpful.
Parmer eye care is top notch. Growing up with 20/20 vision, I have not been in for a eye exam until recently words were starting to blurr when I read. Daryl was great at being able to do the tests I needed. Then Dr Sundra was able to explain things but keep it simple. I will definitely be going back.
The front desk staff is the most disorganized staff you would ever meet. They are absolutely clueless. Their gross incompetence has led to my very young kid being on a wrong prescription. Our child goes to an opthalmologist for eye care and the doctor was shocked to find that her glass prescription was entirely wrong. Not only did the front desk staff sent the WRONG prescription but they took ZERO accountability. Imagine a young child to have bewn on a wrong prescription for a good part of the year.
