I recently visited Dr. Sumeet for my allergy issues and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. He seemed impatient and did not take the time to listen to my concerns properly. After waiting almost a year for this appointment, I left with no clear guidance or treatment plan. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a doctor. I had a positive visit after a very long wait from the initial referral. I was told that I could contact the clinic directly if I had other related concerns in the future. However, when I tried to follow up with another issue later, I was unable to reach anyone by phone and could only leave a voicemail. My message was not returned. I have since been referred by my family doctor to another specialist for further help.
Like many specialist clinics, the wait time from referral to getting an appointment was quite long, which can be expected in the healthcare system. However, the actual visit itself was smooth and well-organized. Once I was seen, the process was straightforward and efficient, and the overall experience during the appointment was positive.
