Operated on me many years ago, totally screwed it up, giving me nose issues for life and ruined the appearance of my nose. And then when I went back, misdiagnosed me and out me on a totally random medication that caused new issues. Two others docs checked me out of that and were pretty astounded that he diagnosed me with that, but it was so clearly not the new diagnosis. I recently had nose surgery with Dr. Sumeet M. Anand, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Anand is truly an amazing surgeon — not only incredibly skilled, but also so attentive and understanding. He really listens to his patients and makes sure their needs and concerns are fully heard. The staff around him were also wonderful, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process. I would give this place a 0 stars if I could. I had my 9am ent appointment booked months in advance and came 5 minutes early. When 9am rolled around the front desk still had a sign saying the office is closed. I completely understand that sometimes people run behind and things happen, but the fact that I sat in the waiting room for 30 mins with no response and no front desk showing up is so unprofessional.
