The entire operation is very professional. Before the appointment I was prompted to update my health forms online, and received a “check in” QR code. When I arrived in the office parking lot the system recognized my arrival and directed me to the waiting room. I waited less than 5 minutes to get called in, where a PA took my vitals and escorted me to an exam room. The most I like about my doctor his attentiveness to listen,fallow up and explain anything u are concerned about or going threw. He's the one that caught the mass on my left breast that later was known to be breast cancer. It's doctors like these that are hard to finde these days. That's way I've been with him for this long. This was my first visit with Dr. Kodial. He was kind and welcoming. Dr. Kodial explained what each step was to assist me in my health care journey. He also gave me a thorough explanation on what the prescribed meds are for and instructions on how to take them. I am very grateful for his time and patience.
Have been a patient of Dr. Kodial for 10 years. He is rare in that he spends time with me and is never rushed. I am not pushed off on a PA just to have him come by at the end of an appointment. He listens and he cares. He and his medical group are extremely timely even with afternoon appointments.
