Worst behavior entrance staff. I'm almost waiting 20mints outside, even though they are not allowed inside room too. They are not taking new appointments (new people) you people making hospitality business or product your self from corono? I don't understand Emergency time please allow everyone. We are believe(Dr.Sujatha) but you guys not giving appointment for us. I'm very disappointed sorry Never coming back
The staff and the doctors seem like they don’t enjoy being there for some reason. It was not even a busy time when I went there. They are not friendly at all. I think I’m going to choose another place that is more welcoming to the patients. This place made me just uncomfortable.
I recently moved to Plano area and set Dr. Sujatha as primary physician. I called in mid march for new patient and got the appointment for late Apr. When I called 3 days before appointment to confirm, the person over phone just told they don't have my information and hence no appointment. Very disappointed. When asked for next appointment, I was told either I have to take in next 2 days at specific time (at which I already got my dentist appointment) if not, I will get appointment after 3-4 months. The front staff is rude and obnoxious. My wife was sick so I dropped her off to the office and went to drop my child to school. She did not have her purse and did not have her HSA card. The front staff refused to treat her unless she pays up front. They made a big scene out of it and she ended up paying with a charge card . Our account was NEVER PAST DUE. We have paid the balance in full every time except twice. Once because my HSA card was exhausted (which the office called me twice in one day for payment) and I paid within... read more
