I had an extremely disappointing experience. The appointment lasted no more than two minutes, during which my concerns were dismissed almost immediately. It was clear Dr. Jarrell had not reviewed my medical history or the detailed timeline I provided in advance.His diagnostic approach was rigid and narrowly focused. Explained problem and the course of action needed
Truly one of the worse uncaring and dismissive physicians I've ever been unlucky enough to see. As someone else stated, MAYBE 4 minutes spent with me, never touched my neck, no real questions, did not give any guidance, absolutely nothing. After 20 years of neck issues that I'm finally trying to address, the dismissive attitude of this doctor just makes me want to throw in the towel. Dr Jarrell is very patient focused and listens carefully. He is conservative and will only recommend surgery if all else fails.
Answers all questions that were asked. Explained procedure plainly and clearly. Very kind and caring individual!

Dr Jarrell is professional all the way with a great support team. His diagnosis and recommendations showed me that he believes surgery is the last option to consider. I was impressed by the quick response time to all of my questions before and after the operation.Follow up’s have been the same quick and courteous service, and oh ya, my back has never been better.
Always available, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Takes the time to explain your issues and options, then you discuss your care plan.
It is easily accessible to get into and out of the office. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jarrell is an excellent surgeon and answers all of your concerns. The Physical Therapy is exceptional.
