Friendly staff! They seat you right away but leave you in the room for a VERy long time until the Dr comes in.
I have been with Dr. Brown for over 5 years. He and is his staff always are pleasant and don’t do unnecessary work or charges. Please don’t be discouraged by the comments below. Try him for yourself and then make a decision. I am a happy customer of 5 years. Remember this is a business and if there was a balance to not treat an individual he must have had a strong reason as it goes against medical codes of practices not to treat based on the financial ability to pay.
The office is very clean and cheerful. I felt comfortable with the treatment I received. They filed the insurance claims for me and everything went very smoothly. They were good to deal with and cared for me.
I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Brown and his staff. They were courteous and caring. The office is modern and clean. I would send my family and friends to him.
Did a very very poor job on my 2 crowns, eventually one crown literally fell off within just 3 years. I had to get both the crowns redone, and I ended up paying more than double the amount since my insurance refused to cover it ...
more time spent on what you need $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ then why you are there. Usually distracted easily
The doctor did a crown on me and it looked terrible. Went to another Doctor and it had to be redone. Would never go back to this doctor again...
With Dr.Brown's since 1995. In May 2006, prior to the Memorial Day weekend, I cracked my tooth. I contacted the office and it was decided that I should come in immediately! While the assistant was going through the records, it was noted that I had a past due balance of $72. I requested to talk to the billing coordinator as I was unaware of such a balance. She was not scheduled in until the following week. The assistant requested guidance from Dr. Brown on how to proceed with scheduling the the immediate need. Dr. Brown direc... read more
Stuart Brown put 2 crowns in my mouth. Both were done poorly and had to be replaced by another dentist within 5 years. This has cost me well over $1,000. The crown was done to alleviate pain I had on the right side of my mouth, but did not work. I continued to have this pain until I saw my new dentist who said that I simply had sensitive teeth and recommended a gel that worked wonderfully.
