Very factory like, no personal attention at all. He never calls back. I had forgotten to mention an issue during the visit so I called the office asking for the doc to call me back. Never called back himself but had someone from his office ask me all sort of questions. Also, when I showed up in the office, the receptionist asked my name and birthday out loud where everyone could hear. Pathetic place.
