BEWARE OF THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT! My husband had a procedure done in July of last year and they requested payment in full upfront. That was not a problem. However, after submitting part of their bill to our insurance company and receiving payment they balance billed us. In addition they never submitted a claim to our insurance company for another portion of the procedure.
