BEWARE OF THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT! My husband had a procedure done in July of last year and they requested payment in full upfront. That was not a problem. However, after submitting part of their bill to our insurance company and receiving payment they balance billed us. In addition they never submitted a claim to our insurance company for another portion of the procedure. Not the same dentist. Phone calls aren’t returned. Not impressed.
Drove 25 minutes for a cleaning only to be told by the front desk staff that they didnt realize I was a new patient and that would have to make another appointment for a day when the dr was in so he could first evaluate me. The hygenist came out and asked if she could at least take x-rays since I was there (and since my insurance would pay.) Needless to say, I declined and will start with a different practice that hopefully operates better.
Do not go here..... The dental hygienists are not good and they scratched my front teeth when cleaning. DO NOT recommend.
