I’ve been seeing Dr. Burgess for many years for my AMD. He has always provided me with the latest treatments that are available. Explains everything thoroughly. Thanks to his treatments I still have my eyesight. His assistant Hunter always puts me at ease before my treatments.

He is very nice approachable, he answers all of yours questions. He’s checking everything thing the office is nice doing a lot of testing checking off all of the boxes before giving his findings and results. I would recommend him for any first timers looking for retinal doctor and the staff is very nice and professional.

This was my first time visiting Dr. Burgess. I was referred by my optometrist because of PVD. Dr Burgess and staff were absolutely phenomenal and exceeded my expectations beginning with being able to see me same day. He made me feel at ease and addressed my concerns with kindness. My mom was being treated by Dr Burgess. She saw him on the 25th, and woke up blind on the 27th. She got an infection from the procedure that ruined her retina. Dr Burgess did not even have the antibiotics to give her to stop the infection. I had to rush her to Bascom Palmer Eye institute for emergency surgery. She waited there by herself for 12 hours to get that surgery as the infection was destroying her sight. She can no longer work, she can no longer drive, she can no longer leave the house by herself.
