My husband had two shoulder surgeries by Dr. Dean. Rotator cuff on one shoulder and shoulder replacement on the other. Absolutely amazing! They were obsessive about infection prevention and his results could not have been better!
5 phones calls to schedule surgery over a 2 week period. No response, no return phone call. Very weak link in team effort. Supervisor, Lori, unapologetic and unwilling to provide an easy suggested solution. I am a Private Patient Advocate and I understand from a patient's perspective an appropriate response to frustration and inconvenience. In the end, they provided none. Zero stars. Poor team effort. Poor team leadership.
