We have been referred to Dr Steven ward for my wife’s shoulder surgery. In over a month the office at all phone numbers available, have not even one time answered the phone, and not even one time, returned a phone call. After waiting over a month, we were cancelled on the very morning of our surgery,! The most unprofessional experience I have ever had.
Office staff was efficient and friendly. Dr Ward was knowledgeable and explained in an understandable manner for the layman. I was thoroughly pleased with my appointment
