I am Dr. Braunstein patient and I can say without any hesitation that he is not only a marvelous eye surgeon but also a very kind hearted doctor going all beyond his professional and moral obligation to restore the eye sight of his patients. A very rare combination indeed. All my sincere thanks and gratitude.
I escorted a family member on their latest visit here. After waiting 45 minutes in a crowded waiting room, I found Dr. B somewhat condescending and abrupt when we tried to ask questions. (“That’s they way I do things here” is an exact quote). Never have I met a doctor more determined to feed his own ego than to assist his patients. Also he was more interested in recruiting me as a patient than treating the patient in his exam room. Bad
Never did a throughout check up in my eyes as a child and now as a young adult i have found out i possible may have glaucoma. Dr. Rodriquez is so much better and actually did so many test as a baseline and found out.
very rude office, very unprofessional. they do not care for your vision only your money. I wish that all the patients that have had surgery with this doctor and can't see would speak up. His staff members are very incompetent which makes him look bad. they need a whole new set up, new people, new management.
The doctow is ok. But the administration is NOT HELPFUL and NOT EFFICIENT. I have been here two times both AVERAGING TO WAIT TIMES OF 2.5 hours!!!!! Btw that has been with appointments!!! So just imagine walk ins!
