My experience with Dr. Sudbrink was nothing short of fantastic! 10/10 !! I highly recommend him. My stepson who has never had surgery of any kind or ever put under using anesthesia, needless to say that my anxiety was through the roof. I knew that he had difficult wisdom teeth , so that made me nervous as well. But the incredible nurse (I apologize for forgetting your name) i think it was brittany, made sure that we were relaxed and comfortable before he was put to sleep and all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. I got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Sudbrink and his assistants Brittany and Solmaris, and they did a wonderful job! They were very friendly, and did a great job making sure I was comfortable. Definitely would recommend going here, everyone was so sweet and clean, making sure that I was healthy and safe to have the procedure! thank you very much. highly recommended...

Absolutely awful. Barely acknowledged me as a person. Told him I was very anxious and he basically ignored me. Didn’t numb me enough the first attempt, would not stop when I said ow over & over, I ended up grabbing his arm to make him stop and listen to me. He then said to reschedule for sedation, but I asked if he could numb me more. He seemed inconvenienced from the start, & didn’t want to wait longer. Dr. Sudbrink is the worst. He didn’t explain anything, and was extremely rushed. I was his last procedure for the day, and he was acting inconvenienced that he had to stay for his last appointment. He didn’t numb me enough, and I could feel the pain of him ripping out my tooth, and when I tried to get his attention he did not stop until I grabbed his arm. Then he acted annoyed that I didn’t want to feel the pain, and that I asked for more numbing, because it seemed like he didn’t want to wait for the next numbing to kick in.... read more
This office should be ashamed of their business practices. Sudbrink attempted to charge a 10 year old $390.00 out of pocket for an X-ray.. This practice LIED and said the insurance company denied the X-ray. The insurance company exposed their fraud by stating an approval was NEVER submitted. When the Billing staff was confronted with their lie, they agreed to finally submit a request for services. Upon submittal, they sent the WRONG code for approval & NO medical documentation. Thank you Sudbrink Oral Surgery for such a wonderful experience last week!My 12 year old was terrified to have her teeth pulled.She was scared of getting an IV,being put to sleep,and scared of the pain she would have afterwards.From the very first consult, until walking out the door post procedure, I couldn't have been more impressed with the treatment she received.She was treated with kindness & compassion, and the staff knew exactly how to keep her calm throughout the entire procedure. Came to Sudbrink Oral Surgery for my son who needed a tooth removed they called a head of time to go over his health history then we came in for an appointment. They scheduled us a week later for his surgery. The nursing staff was so friendly as well as Dr Sudbrink. Their billing department called me ahead of time to go over my insurance and let me know how much to bring the day of his surgery. The surgery went great and my son recovered quickly.
