I have been a patient of Dr. Spencer’s for over 20 years. I have always felt that my health has been well monitored by him and his staff. Every referral to a specialist he has given me when needed, has introduced me to competent and caring physicians. His staff is experienced and caring, competent and courteous. I am now even more impressed with Dr. Spencer and his practice since he has joined the MDVIP group. The care I feel at his practice gives me the best cure of all, piece of mind.
Dr. Spencer is an excellent doctor and his staff is friendly and competent.
I have been going here for the last 17yrs. Originally it was just normal c rock ups which have been a decent experience, however, as I’ve gotten older I am needing more in-depth attention. The “treat and street” method they do had costed my my health in that I have had thyroid issues and have consistently asked for a FULL thyroid blood panel work to be done. RecommendedEvery single one of the medical staff is outstanding.
Dr. Spencer himself was very attentive, but getting his nurse Connie to call you back regarding medications was terrible. My medication was time-sensitive and it was at least 1-2 days before she would return a call. This is not acceptable.
Dr. Amanda Smith is the best. I have been going there for years. I would not go anywhere else I also recommend her to all my friends and family. All the staff is very nice when I go for my visits. Also everyone I recommend tells me they love Dr. Amanda Smith. We are very blessed to have her as her our doctor.
Dr Spencer is fine if you’re willing to press hard for explanations and discussion of issues. Unclear how current he keeps with developments in the field. Connie is great. Office staff are at best, indifferent, and often rude.
My family has been extremely grateful for Dr. Spencer's care, excellent attention to our concerns and referrals to excellent specialists. He's been our primary care physician for 17 years.
