I received an excellent eye exam. The tech was very thorough and very nice. Dr. Zeldes is a great doctor.
I've been a patient of Dr Zeldes for years and have had two surgeries. Wonderful experience. Lately, I've been seeing his associate Dr. Bloch who I also really enjoy. Two different personalities, both excellent. Their office staff is wonderful, always respectful, professional but at the same time, they enjoy joking around a little- they're human too folks!
I had something in my eye removed and I was charged for a surgery! I just think that $504.00 it is way too much. Doctor is very nice but staff are not very nice. I made my appointment by phone and gave all my insurance information to make sure I was in network. When I went there they took 30 min and told me I was not in network and at the end they said sorry you are then went in and doctor saw my eye and told me I had something left in the eye he needed to remove, he put a couple of drops and used a special tiny Qtip to remo... read more
I am very satisfied with Dr. Zeldes for my Cataract issue. His local practice was very convenient for me since I live in Novi. His experience in Cataract and Lasik surgery was very impressive and the customer service was excellent! Jason
