I received an excellent eye exam. The tech was very thorough and very nice. Dr. Zeldes is a great doctor.
I've been a patient of Dr Zeldes for years and have had two surgeries. Wonderful experience. Lately, I've been seeing his associate Dr. Bloch who I also really enjoy. Two different personalities, both excellent. Their office staff is wonderful, always respectful, professional but at the same time, they enjoy joking around a little- they're human too folks!
I had something in my eye removed and I was charged for a surgery! I just think that $504.00 it is way too much. Doctor is very nice but staff are not very nice. I made my appointment by phone and gave all my insurance information to make sure I was in network. When I went there they took 30 min and told me I was not in network and at the end they said sorry you are then went in and doctor saw my eye and told me I had something left in the eye he needed to remove, he put a couple of drops and used a special tiny Qtip to remo... read more
I am very satisfied with Dr. Zeldes for my Cataract issue. His local practice was very convenient for me since I live in Novi. His experience in Cataract and Lasik surgery was very impressive and the customer service was excellent! Jason
Over the years Dr. Zeldes has proven himself to be a very talented and devoted ophthalmologist in the community. Dr. Steve Zeldes takes the time to meet with patients and to explain everything. The staff at his office, from the nurses to the receptionist, are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. After almost 2 decades of going to my father-in-law (an ophthalmologist) for eye exams and to get eyeglasses, I made the switch to Dr. Zeldes after my father-in-law retired.
