I had a great experience with Dr Kleen. I had double vision for a year now, my last optometrist did not really say much about it. Dr Kleen explained why this could be happening. Explained about my eye sight in detail, why this was happening and what I needed to do to overcome this problem. I will be going to Dr Kleen in the future. I also read the reviews and some bad reviews had to do with the eyeglass department which Dr Kleen is not part of.
Dr.kleen, i came in for glasses left laughing what a cool dude, if i had kids id bring them here.
Excellent service & customer support. Everyone who works here is very friendly & helpful. They have up to date equipment to examine eyes. I have been coming here for 3 years in a row. Had severe eye issues but thanks to DR. Steven Kleen. He is experienced & very knowledgeable. He provides excellent care & explains exactly the problem & provides the best solution. This place might be inside walmart and not in a name brand well established property. But, the treatment by OD/ DR. Steven Kleen is outstanding.
Everyone knows Dr Kleen is the man - he is a very kind - funny- honest guy who you know you can trust the minute you interact with him. Both of my parents swore he was the best and I couldn’t be more grateful I listened to them. He is a little busy but that should be expected when you are getting service from the best in any industry.
Numerous of messages, zero call back.Very difficult to make appointments here. We only go here because of the doctor.
