I went in with Septic infection due to rotting teeth. I needed surgery to extract all my teeth. Hinge is the only oral surgeon in town. My husband is employed by the railroad as is over 1/2 of the population here. I asked if our dental insurance would cover procedure-no problem. They covered NOTHING at the hospital!!! Just a heads up I now have a $7,000.00 bill at the hospital!
The receptionists are rude! Will not take payments.If you have insurance they expect you to pay money down anyway. If they owe you money back you have to fight with them to get it back. You are given a estimate that is over the amount of the cost of your procedure. It took me 3 months to get my money back along with it was a nasty note. They are just plain unprofessional!!
