Very poor communicator. Staff handling chronic care management has zero or very limited medical training. Doctor never contacts patient directly. Big disappointment.
Saw doctor Grogg for 15 years from age 5-20. I moved away so I could no longer see him. Now I am back home 5 years later and he is the doctor I go to once again, he has always been kind, attentive, and really thorough in his medical practices. There isn’t a better pcp than Steven Grogg and that’s a fact.
Not one to leave reviews but Dr. Grogg and his practice is exceptional. I had been referred to another popular Doctor in town and it was an awful experience. Most importantly, Dr. Grogg is extremely thorough and prompt. His office is very professional and they alway answer the phone right away and take care of any of your needs. He made sure he has all of my records, as a new patient and new to the area. They offered to make copies of my Living Will and earlier records I brought in. My immediate and extended family have been seeing Dr Grogg for over 10 yrs. He is engaged, cordial, and great with my 2 kids. He is thorough, listens to understand, and shows empathy. He explores your concerns and is always willing to take that extra step to ensure your comfort and get the right diagnosis. He is always on top of hedis measures and prevention screenings as well. His staff is always friendly and cordial as well. Always recommend him to others if they are looking for a great doctor!!
Dr. Grogg takes the time to listen to a patients concerns in order to accurately identify and treat the issue. He is very thorough and orders necessary tests to confirm his diagnosis. Highly recommend.
Dr Grogg was my pediatrician from age 5 and I saw him until age 20 when I moved away. He is very caring and thorough. My family still sees him, and even without me being a patient of his, he still asks my mother every time she is there how I am doing, and making sure I’m okay. He is an AMAZING doctor, and those who leave negative reviews obviously do not know him at all
Very detached. Doesn’t seem to want to b there. Likes his boat more than he likes his practice. Doesn’t call to discuss test results, even when they r serious. He’s into himself. Maybe he needs to retire so he can spend more time w himself.
Dr. Grogg has been my GP for about ten years. I have had a solidly good experience with him. He listens to my issues and has acted very professionally in working with me as I dealt with some serious health problems. Dr. Grogg has been careful to send me to specialists when he feels there is an issue that needs immediate attention. Dr. Grogg has a good sense of humor and an authentic laugh. The only problems have been in the turnover of the nursing staff.
My primary care doctor for over 10 years. He is thorough and takes time to listen and resolve problems. They also have chronic care management.
