Dr Porter had a great bedside manner. He took the time to listen to my concerns without dismissing them. He gave me his advice on what he thought was best to do first, along with other options. I really appreciated his caring personality.

Initial visit was excellent. Dr. Porter shared very insightful details about what to expect for my upcoming shoulder surgery. He also responded directly to all my questions and concerns. I feel he is a true credit to the medical sector. Looking forward to getting my life back on track using two arms again. So far definitely a five star experience with Dr. Porter.

Dr. Porter took the time to explain to me why I was having pain. He suggested a few options for me to try. I was hesitate to get a cortisone shot. He reassured me that I would be just fine. I am now pain free! I truly feel that Dr. Porter is a professional who takes care of his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Porter.
He listens very "Attentively", Explains medical information well, he interacts well with patients. He demonstrates his caring via facial expressions, voice tones, non verbal body language. Besides his medical/orthopedic competencies, he is a pleasure to have as an orthopaedic specialist.

Went to Dr. Porter for a second opinion on rotator cuff tear surgery. He was direct and kind in explaining in detail his surgical approach for my tear and answering all my questions. He gave me over 20 minutes of his time which I greatly appreciated for a second opinion.
My shoulder pain has really impacted my life. Dr. Porter takes time to listen to my concerns, explains what's occurring, answers my questions honestly, and gives me feedback and options on treatment. I have confidence in Dr. Porter's care and expertise, and am very satisfied with my care. The staff have all been professional and friendly. Thank you Dr. Porter!
