xrays taken before Dr. Porter saw me so he could read those. He then came in very shortly and reviewed them with me. Told me what my options were and let me decide what course I wanted to start with. I had shoulder surgery the end of May this year and everything went 100% of what he told me to expect. Doing great with surgery outcome. I love him as a doctor, very personable and I will stick with him in any orthopedic issues I have. I highly recommend him to anyone with shoulder issues.
Dr. Porter is kind, patient, & takes the time needed to help his patients understand and come up with a health care plan that works for you. He actually sits and speaks with you, not at you. During my MRI review appointment, I greatly appreciated the time that Dr. Porter took to thoroughly explain the issues that I'm having with my shoulder. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained my diagnosis and prognosis in understandable terms, and answered my questions clearly. Highly recommend him!
Dr. Porter takes the time to explain diagnostic testing results in a way I can understand. I like that he doesn't push surgery and considers conservative treatments.
Dr. Porter is calm, caring and explains things very well. He takes time to answer questions and put you at ease.
My first appointment with Dr. Porter, and I was highly impressed with my experience. He gave me options for dealing with my problem and expectations. It put my mind at ease to have him explain everything clearly to me. Not afraid now.
