Great office visit.
Dr. Pearce is very friendly and takes all the time you need to hear you out and then explain his diagnosis and needed actions. He is young, but really seems to know what he is doing. I was misdiagnosed a year or two ago with something and saw me in the hospital. Then in his office, he said I had gallbladder problems and sent me for a scope. He was correct and sent me to a surgeon who immediately took it out. My family physician found this problem and he is going to do a colonoscopy on me.
Had to literally argue with the doctor to get a Ct ordered for my mom and when the exam was done, there was never a call from his office for follow up. Stay away!
Wife had colonoscopy and endoscopy over a month ago and Dr Pearce has not followed up with her on the results. She’s left several messages with the Dr’s nurse and he still hasn’t followed up with a call. Would not recommend this Dr. he doesn’t seem to have the time to follow up with his patients.
THE MOST INCOMPOMETENT OFFICE I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE TO DEAL WITH! Went in with stomach pain, last week. Dr. said he was going to prescribe antibiotics, call next day, got the run-a-round, still no meds. Have waited a full week. Called, same run-a-round! STILL no meds, just more BS.
Incompetent staff: Even if you call first thing in the morning with a pressing medical problem concerning your current medical treatment and diagnosis, you will not get a call back for several days. This has happened several times. This office cares only about money and not patient care. If you go here, do not trust them with billing and insurance issues. They will overcharge and make you pay when your insurance clearly should.
This practice is all about the money. I was double charged for a procedure. Beware! They will tell you they are removing charges and don't. Horrible billing department and office staff. Save yourself the hassle and go to San Antonio or Austin!!!
He did my colonoscopy and treats me for ulcerated colitis and hemorrhoids. I love his staff and him . It was easy to schedule appoints and with me all of my appointments seem urgent at the time I make them. Has a new location in New Braunfels on Common Love it too. Office is clean and very comfortable and has a great view of a water scape and the office smells awesome too. Can't say it enough I love this doctor and his staff.
I saw Dr. Pearce for cramping and diarrhea and I had a great experience. At first I was nervous to discuss these topics with someone (especially because he is young and good looking!), but after my endoscopy and medications he started, I'm feeling so much better and feel like I have my life back. Dr. Pearce answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable, we even had a laugh about everything after all! Highly recommend.
