Been trying to get problems solved over months. Always an excuse. Too good to return phone calls. Filed complaint with Texas Medical Board.

Dr Pearce is very good and have never had a bad experience with him. But his staff at regular office doesn’t follow up or reply as they should. Telephone tag and replying vis patient portal is lacking.
Dr Pearce is very professional and seem very knowledgeable and genuinely caring. The whole experience with my visit went extremely well, starting with the office staff, medical assistants are very knowledgeable and took care of my appointments for further procedures ordered by dr Pearce. I do highly recommend Dr Steven Pearce and are confident, that I’m in good hands.
Recently referred to Dr Pearce following an ultrasound of my abdomen. Referrals are always a crapshoot…….hard to know going into the appointment if you are a good match. Dr Pearce was very patient with me, listened to what I had to say and ordered follow-up tests that seemed logical.
Dr. Steven Pearce and his team at Texas Digestive Disease Consultants at Christus Physicians Surgery Center - New Braunfels are wonderful. Both before and after my procedure the nursing staff was very caring and attentive. They are a joyful team who clearly love what they do. My IV went in very easily and left no marks after it was removed. The procedure went smoothly and they even called me the next day to see how I was feeling.They turned an unpleasant procedure into a good experience.
