The doc is awesome, his staff.... he needs to have them retrained. If the patient has to cancel or reschedule 24 to 48hrs in advance, then so does the doc office. The appointment has been set for months. Every reminder stated 12:30, including today's....however Tristan rescheduled the appointment for an hour out at 8AM THIS MORNING. Dr. Steven Minaglia is an exceptional doctor. Not only is he a highly skilled surgeon but he spends time really getting to know his patients and what's important to them in order to give them the best possible surgical outcome. My case was difficult because I had large, calcified fibroids and even though he wasn't able to remove them lapriscopically as we had discussed, he was able to do a 5" abdominal incision and remove them with the least amount of trauma to my body. He listens, answers questions and offers his advice. If surgery is recommended, he thoroughly explains what he will do. One of the best doctors I have ever gone to. I highly recommend him.
I had prolapse surgery from this Dr. 4 yrs. ago He gave me a hysterectomy which I did not need and I have not had a bowel movement since the surgery without taking a laxative!!!!!!
