I called this morning to schedule an appointment for my daughter who has had severe pain in her sinus area since yesterday. Upon speaking to the appointment clerk she tells me that she shows in the system that in 2015 it shows that I paid off the account however in December it shows they sent me to collection. I told her how can you send someone to collection when I never received anything notifying me. She even said it looked strange.
