It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. Also, many times when calling their office there's no answer and no answering machine. The staff is not the friendliest either. Wait time is pretty much standard, about 20 minute past the appointment. Parking lot is not big but all 3 times I was there I was able to find a parking space. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking being that the office is in a small, house-like building and it would be difficult to park elsewhere.
