Preformed 2 ACL surgeries on my young son. Used a method that he told us would be stronger than if he was an adult having the same procedure. Both surgeries failed. One within 2 years and the other within 1 year. We where mislead by him and now going through 2 new actual ACL reconstruction surgeries again. Highly disappointed and disgusted with TOC and Dr. Buckley. I’d give it a negative star rating if it was possibly!!
