The Korean receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude and seemed irritated the whole time. During our conversation, she kept cutting me off. A receptionist should be professional and respectful, and she really needs to work on her manners.

I came in for an ear infection and had a really great experience. The environment was calm and relaxed it honestly felt more like a conversation with a trusted friend or even a dad and son talk than a typical doctor visit. The doctor was chill, easy to talk to, and really took the time to listen. I didn’t feel rushed or brushed off like at some other places. Definitely one of the most comfortable and down to earth appointments I’ve had. Highly recommend.
