My dental visits are always wonderful, even when the procedure is less than desirable! Staff and all of the docs gets an A+++++++. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Dr. Johnson and his staff are WONDERFUL! Speaking as someone terrified of dentists, they have always made me feel comfortable and almost at home. They are extremely efficient and organized. And the offices are always sparkling clean. I especially like that they can give you an estimate of how long something will take, and for me, they have never exceeded that time frame. I would (and have) recommended them to everyone!

I have 70+% hearing loss which makes for difficult communication. Dr. Johnson and his staff are very accommodating and patient. That reduces the stress of the dental procedures greatly.

They ensure that you are seen on time, they explain procedures and answer questions completely, and are extremely courteous. The entire office is spotless and well-appointed. I have been a client of Dr. Johnson for 20 years. The staff has always courteous and the dental service has been great. I have had implants, complicated dental work where a cavity looked small on the outside but was much larger on the inside. But my last visit was over the top. I had foot surgery and had to arrive in a wheel chair. The staff was most accommsting. Dr. Johnson called me the next day to see if I had.any problems with the treatment done the day before. I call this exceptional service.
I've been treated so well by the staff and I feel comfortable and confident through all their services. I had my excellent hygienist, she's doing her job very detail and responsible. I really satisfy with their caring and trust them to do my dental care. Highly recommend Annandale Smiles to others.
