Bad dentist. He Did not take the time needed to properly insert my crown. I had high spot and horrible pain so he was sending me to a oral surgeon for root canal. I went to another dentist who said no root canal necessary. No pain now but my bite is still off. My mouth is messed up because of Dr Steven Goldberg.
It was completely impossible working with and speaking with the admins of this office. They did not know the facts of my insurance and were sharing wrong information about coverage. They were aggressive and would not listen to me when I explained the details of my insurance. I couldn't even come into the see the doctor, because the admins of the office were quoting me misinformation about my plan. They are in-network for Blue Cross, but good luck getting them to comply.
