Dr. Han was very thorough and I felt confident I was getting quality care.
I went to my second visit today. I need a caregiver to take me(at $25/hour). Waited thirty minutes to be seen...AGAIN. He came in the room and I told him he was thirty minutes late. He shrugged it off and told me, you know how doctor’s offices are. I told him I’d been a dentist for thirty years and was rarely late. I told him I felt like he didn’t value my time. Dr Han told me he was in network with my insurance, so I arranged to have a prostate biopsy. 2 months later I get a bill for over 2000 dollars from the lab he sent my biopsy to, because the LAB he uses is not in network with my insurance! This is negligence, dishonest, lazy, and I blame him 100 percent.
Great!! I have had trouble with BPH for many years, and after two TURPS (in 2004 and 2010) the problems returned: difficulty urinating, bleeding and clotting, and getting plugged up. When I visited Dr. Han, he suggested REZUM, a new procedure using hot steam. I investigated further and then on 9-24-18 Dr. Han performed the procedure on me. The result has been nothing less than a miracle for me. 3 months later I am now back to normal. I highly recommend Dr. Han.
Terrible experience! After my visit Dr. Han was supposed to process a lab sample, but just left it in the fridge to expire instead! Multiple phone calls didn't help sort it out.
I had a great experience with Dr. Han. From the first day when he reviewed my case, he quickly helped me determine the best form of treatment. He was approachable and practical in how he handled my health concern. The surgery I had, a TURP, gave me wonderful results. I recommend him to all my friends who need a good Urologist.
