Dr. Han did the procedure to remove a 7mm kidney stone. I never met him prior to the surgery. At the time I met him he appeared to be professional and caring. After the procedure I got the paperwork that is standard, telling me that if there was bleeding, pain, chills etc. to contact the office. A week after the procedure I removed the stent as instructed. Worst provider ever, my wife was in sever pain, he did not bother to do any examination on her, he did not spend more than 3 minutes with her before he sent her off to do CT scan and told us he will make 2nd visit over video chat (He was not even willing to accept her in his office to do the follow up examination). We came to him from 30 miles away and we asked for Ibuprofen on the way out as she was in real pain, he refused to give us anything. 10 minutes after leaving his office, I had to take her to ER where they professi... read more
