They sent my 3 month old to have a Barium swallow test at St.Francis. Weeks later we didn't receive any calls. I called 3 or 4 times and was lied to about the results being requested. It's not my responsibility to request that they send a request to St.Francis for results. 2 months later I called asking about the results. They told me they still weren't received. When I finally did get some answers they were very short and rude. I HIGHLY do not recommend them.
Office staff will not return calls, he pushes Miralax for 4 years before scheduling a scope to see whats going on. Procedure scheduled 6 weeks out but they wait till 2 days before to file for insurance approval which is not enough time so it has to get rescheduled. We tried calling 2 weeks prior to the date to see if all was done and get the day before directions but they would not return our calls until the evening before to reschedule.
