First State is always on time and very professional. Dr Toose has the best bedside manner is is very skilled and compassionate.
I saw Dr. Tooze for an aching shoulder. While shoulders are not his specialty, he has replaced both of my knees and I trust him. Plus I am able to get in to see him quickly. As always, he was clear in explaining my issue as well as being kind and respectful. He has referred me to another doctor in the practice who is an expert.
I always have a great a visit when I see Dr. Toole. He always wants what is best for his patients.

Dr. Tooze is without a doubt the best doctor. Takes the time to listen and shows he cares for his patients. Love him. Wouldn't have any other doctor.
Seen efficiently and quickly in response to my knee swelling and he removed the fluid,,,provided great relief…concerns about new tearing of the meniscus unlikely and should go back to normal. Will call, as directed, in a week to see if need further interaction.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
