Every was nice and friendly
Efficiency, knowledge and compassion
I was seen quickly, greeted with smiles by all staff members. Everyone explained all steps to everything that was occurring. I was made very comfortable.

Friendly staff and Dr. Crain has done both my rotator cuffs and one knee replacement and eventually getting other knee done. He is a great doctor and also funny!
That way the practice operated, you checked at a kiosk which was easy and the wait to get in the office was not long to see the Doctor.
Dr. Handling is well-trained and experienced. He listens to me, examines me, and makes intelligent, common sense instructions that to me always seem RIGHT for me at that point in my recovery. I highly recommend him. I rate Dr. Handling 10 out of 10.
I like the way Dr Crain explains what is occurring. It is very helpful to be able to hear his dictation first hand. I have faith and trust in hisJudgment and his processes.
