I had surgery for breast cancer on September 23, a lumpectomy and nodes removed. It went very well. Dr. Allgood is a blessing and an excellent surgeon. On the 21st of October I had to have 77cc's of fluid removed from my breast and Dr. Allgood took care of that with ease and no complications. All my appointments have been great and I have received excellent care. My husband and I are so thankful Dr. Allgood was my surgeon.
Very pleased with my care from Dr. Allgood. He explained the procedure well and helped me make an informed decision as to whether or not to have this surgery.
My experience was great due to Dr. Allgood and his amazing staff at the surgery center. They were very informative and helpful making you feel comfortable and less nervous. Having my gallbladder removed wasn't fun but I'm feeling so much better after the recovery. It was worth it and I'm glad I had such great staff to guide me along the way.
I had atypical cells in both breasts that could be precursors to breast cancer. I also had a mother and 2 older sisters who had breast cancer. Dr. Allgood spent a significant amount of time not only discussing surgical and non-surgical options but also sharing long-term results and patient satisfaction surveys of patients who had chosen various options.
