Dr. Wallach offers care via MDLIVE Telehealth but will condescendingly talk down to you, which is unprofessional behavior. Reviewing how he and his staff conduct themselves at his office aligns with my virtual experience.
Our whole family has been seeing Dr. Wallach for years (my kids since they were little and they are 28 and 37 now.) Dr. is direct, truthful, and WILL tell you how to help yourself healthwise. He does NOT push medicines, and is proactive in explaining healthy living habits to correct a health concern.
I left a review previously about seeing doctor wallash because my husband was forgetting things. Like very important things things you don’t forget names of people close to him. When expressing our concerns to wallach he told my husband it was because he smoked weed and told him to leave. Came here to update, my husband now had a sezuire and the neurologist we are seeing believes those forgetful spells were most likely his brain trying to have a seizure or small seizures. Wallash is the worst doctor ever and will be hearing ... read more
Today I took our friend, a 67 year old existing patient of Dr Wallace’s to see him. After office personal telling me I could call with his primary insurance details after the appointment, they let us sit in the exam room for 40 Minutes. Our friends blood pressure was through the roof. Staff then came in to let us know the doctor was declining to treat his existing patient. This was his first doctor visit after a stroke! Atrocious treatment of human beings.
This office, this doctor, this office staff, AWESOME. Been coming here for years. Both my kids grew up coming here. Doesn't beat around the bush with diagnosis, figures it out methodically, and if he can't is quick to send you to specialist. Went to the emergency room, once, because his office was closed, emergency didn't fix me at all, went to Wallach the next day, put me on a coarse of meds and felt better the next day...
I suffer from a plethora of medical problems and I have to see my PCP once a month. I actually look FORWARD to my monthly appointments with Dr. Wallach. I have been a patient for over 10 years and he has always fought to get me the best care possible for my individual medical needs. His office is super clean, the atmosphere is friendly, and I have never had to wait more than 10minutes. Dr. Wallach is incredibly knowledgeable and he's a great listener. He gives me all the time I need to make sure I discuss all my concerns wit... read more
The office staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They made the experience extremely uncomfortable to the point that left before seeing the doctor.
I went in for several concerns. My weight issue, my left arm is a bit numb, I've been experiencing exhaustion so horribly that doing my physical job is impossible. When I got there I didnt wait long but when I was taken to the backroom the lady was not super friendly and she seemed to be irritated that I went into a room I wasn't suppose to, by accident. So after she asked my questions my doctor came in was not happy he asked me some questions and in the middle of explaining something he inturupted me and that was it. I was ... read more
It’s hit or miss with him -some days he’s in a good mood and is attentive and involved- other days he is not engaged and borders on rude. He does take the time to dye his hair jet black (not a great look for someone his age). His office staff are quite seriously some of the worst I have ever encountered- except his RN, she’s awesome. Wish she could be the prescriber.
